BEAUTY BLOGGER AWARDS...

LAURA JACKSON will be hosting the Beauty Blogger awards on Sunday 4^th October at The Pillar Hall, Olympia, London.

Having recently hosted Take Me Out The Gossip alongside Mark Wright on ITV, Laura is also presenter of World's Most Talented on UKTV and was the Britain's Got Talent behind-the-scenes presenter for all their online coverage last year. She was the resident fashion expert on This Morning, presented C5's Celebrity Superspa and was on Channel 4's hit music show Freshly Squeezed alongside Rick Edwards and Nick Grimshaw. Laura has even written a cookbook with Radio 1 DJ Alice Levine, and both are 'ELLE Eats' bloggers for UK ELLE magazine. Not surprisingly, Laura's passions include beauty and fashion.

ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL CHARITY NIGHT AT THE HAIR & BEAUTY LOUNGE...

The Hair & Beauty Lounge held another successful Charity Night tonight for 'St. John's Ambulance' with all funds raised used locally to provide free training sessions to the community in the first aid, cpr and hopefully paediatric FA.

Stall holders included Mary & Martha from Shirebrook, gorgeous homemade cakes and preserves from Becky, Party Lite Candles, Ice Jewellery Weleda Skin care.  We also had treatments, all for £5 each including wash and blow dry, hair up, eyebrow tint and wax, spray tans, file and paint either fingers or toes, as well as a Tombola with a great array of gifts.

Tea, coffee, wine, soft drinks and nibbles were all complements of the salon and there was also a First Aid Demonstration by St. John's Ambulance.

DON'T FORGET FRIDAY'S CHARITY NIGHT AT THE HAIR & BEAUTY LOUNGE...

Our Charity Night is this Friday September 11th is for 'St. John's Ambulance' with all funds raised used locally to provide free training sessions to the community in the first aid, cpr and hopefully paediatric FA.

There will be the usual stalls like our last Charity Night, including home made cakes/ jams and jewellery/ handbags and homemade soft furnishings and shabby chic items from Mary and Martha.

Treatments which are all for £5 each include wash and blow dry, hair up, eyebrow tint and wax, spray tans, file and paint either fingers or toes.

All treatments are on a first come first served basis and all the proceeds from these will be going to St. John's Charity.

Tea, coffee, wine, soft drinks and nibbles are all complements of the salon and there will also be a First Aid Demonstration .

There will also be a raffle with great prizes so make sure you have this very special date in your dairy. We will look forward to seeing you on the 11th.
