Darker shades have come to the high street this autumn like TOM FORD Black Cherry and NAILS INC ALEXA in Leather or BOBBI BROWN'S Nail Polish in Bordeaux.

But America's most wanted nail polish is CHANEL'S Black Pearl which seems to only be available from Spain on Ebay, but well worth putting on your Christmas list
